So much is changing in the world 🌎 so I want to reintroduce myself!⁠

Hi! My name is Andrea Luzon Heldt Coates!⁠ Say that 3 times fast!

I am a Sacred Freedom Mentor who helps women shed the inner critic and ignite their vitality, passion and power. 💥

Through Reconnective Healing and Sacred Freedom Coaching, I help women transmute energy that is no longer serving them. Together, we shed her limitations and awaken her life of legacy and purpose. I offer a powerful acceleration program that ignites and transforms my clients.💆🏻‍♀️

I believe that every person is here on this planet to feel empowered and free, to give and receive love, and to know they are invaluable and talented. 💖

I left corporate in 2019. I knew there was more for me to do and be in the world. It was time for me to venture out on my own. I was terrified, but I knew there were women hurting in the world that needed me.

I believe we are born to love. By releasing our limitations we relearn how to love and be love. 🥰

The creatures I love most in the world are my dog, my two children and my husband. We live in a house near a creek in Kansas City.

Fun fact: Halloween 🎃 is my favorite time of the year! My family goes over-the-top decorating, listening to creepy music 🎶and planning our costumes 👻 . I also go overboard on eating candy at this time of year.
