Have you ever heard pain in someone’s voice? I have, too. I am with you, in this work, because of pain. I could see in my mother’s eyes and feel in her stories that she was left behind. Her family left her outside the gates of love. Her mother’s instability and brokenness led to my mom, as a little girl, being left behind with relatives who were not dedicated to her wellbeing. Her heart took in meanings that defined her as she grew.
So much pain passed from woman to woman in my lineage. It took my own breakdown, feeling my own pain and trauma, that finally allowed me to feel the hurt that the women before me felt. I am here on this planet to transmute our core wounding. The wound of being left behind. The wound of feeling unworthy of internal and external love.
Little girls get hurt. Then we choose situations in adulthood that mimic the pain we felt we must have deserved when we were younger. Or, we create so many self-protective mechanisms that we lose sight of our innate beauty. Or, we stop feeling altogether. And yet, we feel the knocking. We tune it out by numbing ourselves through busyness, television, caffeine, dieting, etc, but the knocking remains.
I’m here to open the door to your healing before breakdown occurs. I’m here to greet you if your break already happened. I’m here to hold you if you’re ready. My work is about healing trauma. My work is about holding you high as you remember your innate value. My work is about guiding you along the inner journey of releasing the lies holding you back. We get to dissolve the hurt. We get to practice being who you truly are. We get one life in this body and we’re going to make it your best life. Together, we are going to liberate your legacy.
I am in this work to help capable women like my mother release her inner critic, step into her innate worthiness and rocket forward into magnetizing her life of legacy. The new reality is that her inner beauty is reflected in her outer experience – the details of her life are breathed into existence from her confidence, her internal emotional home, her knowing, and her innate divinity and trust in her value. The challenge we struggle with is a confidence issue, not a capability issue.
My vision is to live in a world where all humans are awake and free; living life from their expansiveness. My mission is to ignite and awaken my fellow sisters to their worthiness, vitality, passion and unlimited potential, so that they can live life on their terms. I bring this reality forward in my clients by catalyzing their biofield through Reconnective Healing and offering support, guidance and accountability through Sacred Freedom Coaching. I love my work. I show up every day to inspire you to stay the path of your evolution; to support you and to share tools with you. As each woman steps deeper into her expanded and awakened state, we lift up every creature on this planet.
