You will experience weekly sessions dedicated to guiding you through introspective processes, giving feedback, and exploring your progress.
If you select one-on-one coaching, rescheduling must occur 24 hours before your appointment. If you select group coaching, all teaching sessions will be recorded and available for replay through the facebook community. Tea Time Check-in sessions will not be recorded.
