I’ve been there. I am a neurodivergent person living in a neurotypical, high-expectations world.

I struggled with disappointing myself and others. I fought with overwhelm, busyness, people-pleasing, self-doubt, worry, shame, and anxiety.

I adored living, but normal life-skills were not enough. I couldn’t get through the combination of working, parenting, adulting, and marriage.
